Will has been recruiting in the New Zealand market since the early 2000s. He has primarily worked within the Financial Services sector, in both agency and in-house roles, including major retail banks, investment banking, wealth management, and insurance. Well-connected across the industry, Will delivers recruitment services at the C-suite level for clients in Tech, Investments, Compliance, Accounting, and more. A trusted figure in the market, Will’s approach is open and transparent. He focuses on deeply understanding client needs, identifying the problems to be solved, and ensuring the right messaging is communicated to the market.

Jason Beith
Jason brings over 17 years of recruitment expertise gained in both London and New Zealand. In 2009, Jason co-founded a market-leading recruitment agency in the UK, which became the largest of its kind within five years. Since relocating to New Zealand in 2017, Jason has specialised in executive recruitment. He founded Infinitas Talent in 2018 with the goal of delivering a bespoke consultancy service tailored to New Zealand companies at the executive level. Jason has built strong executive-level networks across a wide range of sectors in New Zealand. His approach to recruitment goes beyond matching skills to job descriptions, ensuring every candidate is a true fit for the organisation and its culture.
